Cancellation Policy:

Members-
Notice of cancelation of entry to any event is more than 2 weeks full refund is issued. If less than 2 weeks notice refund only provided if spot can be filled.

Non members-
Notice of cancellation period does not apply. Refund will be provided, less admin fee if applicable, if spot can be filled by member or non member

Dressage entries can be transferred if one weeks notice is given. The entry can only be moved to the following months competition.

In exceptional circumstances the committee’s discretion will be applied.
