It is a condition of membership that all club members are required to assist with the running of club and occasionally area 20 events.

If you are unable to attend it is your responsibility to find a replacement.  Should this be necessary you must inform the event organiser as soon as possible prior to the event.

Please note that the form is a guide only and must be ammended for each event if necessary e.g. if weather conditions may prove hazardous, if there is a loose horse at Alsager there is a button on the right hand side of the gate to close it. All helpers must be made aware of the document and especially their role in the event of a medical or veterinary emergency.
